My approach to teaching combines the core fundamentals of Pilates teaching with some of the disciplines of yoga, so classes and 1-2-1 sessions are a unique blend of the best of Pilates/ Yoga/ and my rehabilitation training. Classes not only offer physical benefits but also a holistic approach to improve health and better movement.
This blend of teaching enables not only the fit and healthy to participate in classes but as classes are small exercises can easily be modified if you are working with injuries or medical conditions.
