If you are recuperating from an injury or have something more specific in mind a 1-2-1 session is a great way to address your personal goals.
For some people a private session once in a while is all they require to prepare them for a group class, but if you are looking for something more regular, multi session discounts are available.
1-2-1 sessions can be via zoom or face-to-face depending on location.
If you would like to share your practice with a friend or family member, I can also run 2-2-1 or 3-2-1 sessions.

for a free call or zoom consultation. Whether you are returning to fitness,
need help with your rehabilitation or training to fit into your busy schedule;
we will talk through your needs and goals and any concerns you may have.

As classes are small, so can be modified if you are working with injuries or medical conditions.

No need to travel, all you need is a mat and an Internet connection.
No problem, Zoom is very easy to use, I send out a link prior to class and it is a simple click through to join.
Still a bit nervous about using zoom? Don’t be, this can be discussed in the initial consultation so you are familiar with using zoom.
