The Pilates method of movement therapy is a blend of modern exercise science and recommended rehabilitation principles. 

 
  • It allows us, not only, to strengthen the body in a safe and highly effective way, it reconnects us with our bodies and our movement patterns enabling us to address and correct damaging habitual movement patterns. 

  • My method of teaching draws on my years of training as well as my own struggle with osteoarthritis; join replacement and the related chronic pain.
