The Pilates method of movement therapy is a blend of
modern exercise science and recommended rehabilitation principles.
It allows us, not only, to strengthen the body in a safe and highly effective way, it reconnects us with our bodies and our movement patterns enabling us to address and correct damaging habitual movement patterns.
My method of teaching draws on my years of training as
well as my own struggle with osteoarthritis; join
replacement and the related chronic pain.
